BeArte delivers to customers no matter where they live. All prices on our website exclude delivery costs and include Danish VAT (25%). We use Post Denmark / Post Nord, GLS and DHL as our delivery services.
We usually ship within 3-5 business days (Denmark). In some cases, however, you may expect delivery time to increase up to 14 days, especially regarding items that were created based on your original ideas. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you’ve received your physical order.
In the case of a multiple-order agreement, which is ordered in one order and delivered individually, the right of cancellation applies to the last item that has been received.
In the case of a regular delivery of items over a specified period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you physically receive the first item.

Your order must be sent back to us without delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs connected with the return of the goods, including insurance. You are responsible for the damage risks connected with the item from the time of delivery.
Lack of original packaging may be a reason of a value loss, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original package.

Items that have been produced according to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly marked cannot be returned.
The condition of the product when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the item. In other words, it is allowed to unpack the item and check its quality, but it is forbidden to change or damage it.
If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the item’s commercial value.
If you regret your purchase, you will get a complete refund.
In the case of a deterioration you are liable for, a certain amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and, under any circumstances, within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such repayment with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly asked for a different method.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have submitted documentation that states that you have sent it back to us.
If you regret the purchase, the item must be sent back. Remember to save the information and contact us if you are in doubt.
We only receive packages with delivery or packages with a claim with prior agreement, so remember to contact us beforehand.

When you shop at our store, as a consumer you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, get a discount or your money back, depending on a specific situation. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must use your warranty right within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you do so within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will considered to be as the one in a timely manner.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
