Magdalena Rytel-Skorek

Magdalena Rytel-Skorek. She was born in 1976, in Warsaw, she still lives here. A graduate of the Art High School in Warsaw and the faculty of painting at the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw, where she studied under the supervision of Rector Antoni Fałat. In 2001 she received a diploma with honors from the graphic design department under the guidance of prof. Julian Pałka.
She deals with oil as well as with acrylic painting and also drawing, but most of her works are oil on canvas. Currently, Magdalena is involved in wall painting, easel painting, and batik. Her paintings were presented in the Society of the Friends of Fine Arts and in the Gallery of the President of the City of Warsaw.
Participant and winner of various competitions, including the biennale of pastels, the art of the book/illustration (Grand Prix in the first Polish edition of Art. Battle). Magdalena's works can be found in different galleries of contemporary art. She also participated in numerous outdoor events and exhibitions related to art. Since 2001, has been a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers in Warsaw.
